A rigorous and representative selection
The first promotion (2024–2025) comprises 34 students from 21 sporting disciplines, including two Paralympic sports. Among them are:
- 45 % are women
- Average age : 18 yo
- 17 registered on the Elite Athletes lists
Selection is carried out jointly by the four partner institutions, ensuring a rigorous and cross-referenced evaluation of applications.
A structured, multidisciplinary academic programme
The HEPTA Bachelor's degree is structured around three academic pillars:
- Humanities and social sciences (taught by Sciences Po)
- Applied sciences (by CentraleSupélec)
- Management and administration(by ESSEC)
46 core courses and 63 elective courses allow students to tailor their programme to suit their career plans and sporting commitments.
Tailor-made support for athletes
Designed to meet the demands of high-level performance, the programme offers:
- A flexible curriculum lasting 3 to 6 years.
- 80% of courses available online
- Total flexibility (face-to-face/distance learning, internship or dissertation)
- Individual tutoring, regular updates and accommodation solutions during group sessions
A robust and equitable financial framework
Thanks to the support of ESSEC, its foundation, and its alumni network:
- Up to 100% of tuition fees can be covered.
- Scholarships can be combined (HEPTA, CROUS, additional aid).
- Personalised support is available to help students put together their funding applications.
- A minimum of 40% of fees are covered for athletes registered on ministerial lists.

Led by INSEP and its partners, the HEPTA Bachelor's degree aims to meet long-identified needs and fulfils a strong ambition: to offer elite athletes a demanding, flexible and recognised academic framework that is in line with their life and performance goals.
