Awareness workshops within the Grand INSEP network: menstruation, menstrual cycles and urinary stress incontinence at the heart of performance
INSEP and the grand INSEP network have always been keen to address issues relating to menstruation, menstrual cycles and stress urinary incontinence and their impact on performance. For a long time, these issues were dealt with peripherally within the various projects carried out by INSEP and the RGI. The 2021-2024 Olympiad marked a turning point and put the focus on these subjects, bringing a form of awakening and awareness concerning the issues and effects linked to these topics.

Établissement public à caractère scientifique, culturel et professionnel, l’INSEP ambitionne de conforter son rôle de campus spécialisé dans la haute performance au plan national et international.
Son expertise et son rôle d’accompagnement des sportifs et des fédérations sur le champ du haut niveau ayant été confortés par la création l’année dernière de l’Agence Nationale du Sport (ANS). Ce mardi 04 février, l’INSEP a ainsi signé le fruit de son travail partagé entre les principaux acteurs du sport de haut niveau, s’inscrivant dans ce nouveau cadre institutionnel : le contrat d’objectifs et de performance.
