On Monday 28 February, Fabien CANU, Director General of the INSEP, met the Minister for Sport, Roxana MARACINEANU, with two directors of centres in the large INSEP network: Aude REYGADE, Director of the CREPS Pays de la Loire and Pascal BONNETAIN, Director of the CREPS Bourgogne Franche-Comté.

Following a call for projects on employability, issued by the High Commission for Skills as part of the plan for the transformation and digitalisation of training, several centres in the Grand INSEP network formed a consortium in order to draw up an application file, led by the CREPS Bourgogne Franche-Comté.

Several objectives had been predefined for this call for projects:

  • the hybridization of training,
  • the development of pedagogical innovations and immersive technologies,
  • as well as the individualization of schooling,
  • with the aim of making the learner "the actor of his or her learning".

The "DEFFINUM! Dispositifs France Formation Innovante NUMérique" project was presented. Various themes were discussed, including the use of collaborative and shared digital tools the employability of sports educators and coaches the inclusion of people with disabilities the retraining of high-level athletes.

A large number of partners were of course involved in the "DEFFINUM" project: many centres in the large INSEP network, as well as various sports federations, rectorates and universities.

Convinced that digital technology is a real vector of performance and employment for top-level athletes, the Grand INSEP network wishes, through this application, to provide a concrete and efficient response to the need to support the digital transition in sport.
