11th ENSSEE Forum - 8th ICCE Global Coach Conference

Call for papers The European Network for Sport Science, Education and Employment (ENSSEE) and the International Council for Coach Education (ICCE) invites you to the ENSSEE and ICCE joint Conference 2011. The conference – themed “Innovation and Practice” - will take place from 25 to 27 August 2011 at the Institut National des Sports, de l'Expertise et de la Performance (INSEP) in Paris, France.
The ENSSEE/ICCE Conference is a platform that will bring together coaches and coach educators, researchers and sport scientists, higher education staff; performance directors, sports policy makers and sport administrators to address issues in coaching and coach education, high performance coaching and higher education to learn about new developments and to share experiences with the best experts in the world.

Theme Innovation and Practice

Invitation to submit abstracts Researchers and coach education practitioners are invited to submit abstracts for poster or presentation in English that address issues related to children’s coaching; talent coaching; high performance coaching; participation coaching; coach education and development; professionalization in coaching; coaching in sport and business; physical education; physical activity and lifestyle; technology and healthy ageing. Abstracts will be reviewed by a Committee and selected participants will be invited to present in either a presentation or poster format.

Papers are divided in the following categories 1. Sport Coaching 2. Physical Education 3. Physical Activity and Lifestyle 4. Technology and Healthy Ageing

Submission guidelines Submitted abstracts are required to adhere to the following rules: 1. Abstracts of up to 400 words are to be submitted (excluding references). 2. Please make sure the abstract follows the APA style. 3. Abstracts should be submitted via email as an attachment saved in Microsoft Word format, Times New Roman font size 10 Faxed submissions will not be accepted. 4. Submissions must be sent to the Committee, office@enssee.eu, and received by 1st of May 2011. 5. Receipt of abstracts will be acknowledged. 6. The authors of successful abstracts will be invited to present their abstract in the conference program. These abstracts will also be published and distributed to delegates at the 1st ENSSEE and ICCE joint conference 2011. Other exhibitors have the opportunity to publish their abstract at the conference by poster presentation (when suffice criteria).
